Boiling Frogs Updates, Lithuania & CIA Black Sites, the Case of Mysterious Helicopters in Afghanistan & More

And here we are: 2010. Hope you had a pleasant and peaceful holiday season, and Happy New Year to all of you.


I had a fairly quiet and peaceful few days: fireplace, music, and trying to catch up with my reading - which means juggling 3 or 4 books simultaneously. Of course everything, almost every minute, was centered around my now 17-month old daughter (thus, the picture ;-). I also was able to read one fiction book; from beginning to end, and that was so very refreshing. I know some of you are frowning and thinking: why in the world would she consider reading fiction refreshing?! Fair enough. I say refreshing because for the last…many years I’ve been busy reading, and reading, only nonfiction, and mainly political and legal books. Although needed, enlightening, and highly informative, they are mostly…how should I put it…GRIM; high dosages of realism, but nonetheless grim. So in a way it felt liberating to grab a fiction work guiltlessly and immerse myself in a so-not-real world of fiction. What did I read? Well, I won’t tell you, because the label of ‘shallow-book-reader’ may be used against me one day!!

Our production team will start their work on our video project on January 11.  I think we should have our first experimental piece up by early February, if not sooner. I also know they’ll be reading this last sentence and jump to e-mail me with ‘How is that for a little pressure?!!!’ Truly exciting.

Next Friday I’ll post our interview with Dan Ellsberg; a great interview (due to Dan, not me!).I am really looking forward to your reaction. We covered several interesting issues, and you’ll find out if Dan Ellsberg believes he was conned into voting for President Obama, and whether that makes Obama a con man. You see, very interesting, indeed!

As usual there have been so many disasters, scandals, and hot developments, and only one of me to go over as many as possible, leave out those overly-covered, dispose of the ones not worthy of getting side-tracked on, ignore the few put out there as partisan baits, and save many for another day(s). Here are a few to ponder and hopefully exchange views on:

CIA Black Sites: As if there’s ever been any other color associated with the CIA!

BlackSiteTowards late December the Lithuanian Parliament finally released its findings into a probe of CIA dark activities in Lithuania, and confirmed that the agency operated two ‘Black Sites’ inside the Lithuanian Capital City Vilnius.

The probe also confirmed that at least five CIA planes landed in the city and that Lithuania’s spy agencies didn’t let their border guards inspect those planes. Lithuania’s government is still denying that they were informed of these activities in advance, and Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius called it a “matter of great concern.” Of course, so far the US government has declined to provide any confirmation or comments.

Last August a little bit of description of these sites and the treatment given to these detainees were published in an article:

Their transformations took place in a sensory cocoon: aboard a CIA aircraft, shackled in place, deprived of sight and sound by blindfolds, headsets and hoods.

The prisoners' arrival -- almost always in diapers -- was engineered to achieve that end

They were stripped, shaved and shoved against walls the moment they arrived. What came next was an escalating menu of interrogation options, culminating in a method used in the Inquisition -- waterboarding -- to make them think they would drown.

Follow-up sessions would start with the prisoner standing with his back against a wall and a towel or collar to prevent whiplash wrapped around his neck. He could be thrown against the wall just once "to make a point, or 20 to 30 times consecutively."

Prisoners so abhorred the repeated slamming that they would remain in so-called stress positions, such as painful kneeling postures, for hours to avoid a return to the wall, according to one Dec. 30, 2004, memo that amounts to a CIA blueprint for breaking a detainee's will.

The purpose, of course, was to make them talk. The Bush administration said the United States was in danger of additional assaults after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. CIA interrogators were under orders to get a lot of information, fast. Whether the harsh interrogation methods were necessary to gather the intelligence is still a matter of dispute.

The only glimpse?

The secret overseas "black sites" where the CIA conducted the interrogations are empty now, if not already dismantled. They were never examined by a congressional committee, nor inspected by the international Red Cross.

The black sites not only imprisoned men but reduced them to a near helpless state. The aim, as outlined in one document, was to teach every detainee "to perceive and value his personal welfare, comfort and immediate needs more than the information he is protecting."

I don’t have to go any further on the human rights abuses and shameful conduct in not only the ‘black’ facilities in Lithuania, but many others we’ve known about, such as those in Thailand, Poland, and Romania, and others that haven’t been publicized - yet.

Based on Wikipedia, Black Sites are defined as: In military terminology, a black site is a location at which a black project is conducted. Recently, the term has gained notoriety in describing secret prisons operated by the CIA, generally outside of U.S. territory and legal jurisdiction. It can refer to the facilities that are controlled by the CIA used by the US government in its war on terror to detain alleged unlawful enemy combatants.

In August 2007, the New Yorker reported that the CIA has operated black site secret prisons by the direct Presidential order of Bush right after 9/11, and that extreme psychological interrogation measures based at least partially on the Vietnam-Era Phoenix Program were used on detainees. These included sensory deprivation, sleep deprivation, keeping prisoners naked indefinitely and photographing them naked to degrade and humiliate them, and forcibly administering drugs by suppositories to further break down their dignity. According to Mayer's report, CIA officers have taken out professional liability insurance, fearing that they could be criminally prosecuted if what they have already done became public knowledge.

Okay, there you have the CIA and its Black Projects, Black Operations, Black Sites, Black Budget…Has there ever been any shade other than dark, any color other than black associated with this filthy hornets’ nest thriving in the swamps of our foreign policies? Really, has there ever?

Speaking of these black measures of black operations in black sites brings to mind our conduct in Vietnam, and with that, the following:

CIA & the Vicious Cycle of Offenses-Defenses-Offenses-Defenses-Offenses…

The number of civilian casualties in Afghanistan continues to rise. The latest attack in Helmand province this week killed at least 8 civilians, and at least three of those victims were children.

Here are a few excerpts and links of the disturbing facts, based on statements given by NATO which keep changing:

Initially NATO officials insisted there were no operations going on in Kunar at all, though later they privately admitted US special forces were in the area. This story morphed into claims that it was a US military operation that killed an “IED cell” and that they had no proof of any civilian deaths.

Now, NATO says the operation was not military in nature, but rather was a “sanctioned” operation conducted by “non-military Americans” and that the children were all killed in self defense.

Whether “non-military Americans” entails contractors, like Blackwater, or CIA agents as were attacked yesterday in Khost remains to be seen. It is clear however that there is more than meets the eye to these killings, which locals insist involved the killers dragging the children out of bed and even handcuffing some of them before shooting them.

Maybe when one engages in these kinds of ‘offenses’ one ends up getting these types of defenses in return:

The CIA base attacked by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan this week was at the heart of a covert program overseeing strikes by the agency's remote-controlled aircraft along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border, officials familiar with the installation said Thursday.

What do you think? Maybe? Then, how about this: When one engages in these kinds of ‘offenses’ one ends up getting these types of ‘defenses’, which then makes one engage in even ‘more offenses.’ Here is what I mean:

C.I.A. Takes On Bigger and Riskier Role on Front Lines

Even as the C.I.A. expands its role in Afghanistan, it is also playing a greater role in quasi-military operations elsewhere, using drone aircraft to launch a steady barrage of missile strikes in Pakistan and sending more operatives to Yemen to assist local officials in their attempts to roll back Al Qaeda’s momentum in that country.

When he took office in January, President Obama scaled back the C.I.A.’s counterterrorism mission, but only to a point. He ordered that C.I.A. prisons be shut and that C.I.A officers no longer play a role in interrogating suspects accused of terrorist acts.At the same time, the administration has accelerated the C.I.A.’s drone campaign, using Predator and Reaper aircraft to launch missiles and rockets against militants in Pakistan.

In early 2009, the White House approved a C.I.A. plan to expand the drone operations in Pakistan into Baluchistan, where top leaders of Afghanistan’s Taliban militia are thought to be hiding. The agency has also recently begun sending more operatives into Pakistan to, among other things, gather target intelligence for the drone program.

So where and when will this offenses-defenses-offenses-defenses…cycle stop?

The Case of the Mysterious Foreign Helicopters


The following interesting story was brought to my attention by our regular commenter Metem, whom I’ve grown to depend upon when it comes to getting a heads up on interesting but usually buried stories:

For several weeks now, Afghanistan has been consumed by stories of mysterious “foreign helicopters” ferrying Taliban fighters to a new front in northern Afghanistan. These helicopters are alleged by no less than President Karzai to belong to “foreign powers” such as the United States and its allies. The helicopters are said to land in remote regions, but their activity has supposedly been noted by nomads who travel through the deserts of Baghlan and Kunduz province (Hasht-e Sobh, October 13).

Without mentioning guilty parties or offering evidence, President Karzai suggested the reports of helicopters delivering terrorists to north Afghanistan were true, saying, “We have received reliable reports from our intelligence service. We have received reliable reports from our people, and today I received a report that these efforts [to transfer Taliban fighters] are also being made mysteriously in the northwest. The issue of helicopters has also been proved. We do not make any more comments now and investigations are under way to see to whom and to which foreign country these helicopters belong” (Tolo TV, October 11). According to Karzai, the “unknown” helicopters had been taking Taliban fighters to Baghlan, Kunduz and Samangan provinces in northern Afghanistan. The president’s remarks were quickly followed by a call from the Lower House speaker, Muhammad Yunis Qanuni, for a government debate on the issue. “When the president of Afghanistan, as the first man of the country, is raising a fact and a problem, then it shows that the problem is important and serious.”

Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Karzai’s former rival for the presidency, accuses the Afghan government of being behind the transfer of Taliban fighters to the northern provinces. “They have sent to the north of the country the most evil people, the most notorious and criminal people who are involved in killing the people of Afghanistan and crime against the people of Afghanistan… I have the names of these people; they sent them to the north by helicopters so that they carry out their mission. Is this a government?” (Tolo TV, October 11).

  2. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn met prisoners who had been interrogated (tortured) by both the Gestapo and the MGB. The Gestapo was trying to get at the truth and when accusations didn’t hold up the person was released, whereas the MGB had no intention of letting anyone out of its grip and sought confessions to false charges in order to justify long sentences or execution. You decide which one we resemble.

  4. What the Khost CIA bombing story told me is that the Taliban control the tempo of this war and can strike their targets at will. Khost was the third or fourth successful Taliban attack against the intelligence assets of the US, the Afghani government or the Pakistani government in the past three months. The only conclusion I can draw is that a ragtag, tribal-based insurgency is, if not winning the intelligence war, at least matching their enemies step by step. So who are the intelligent ones here? The Taliban can make these strikes because they KNOW who their enemies are. We, on the other hand, do NOT.

  7. The CIA and the intel services are truly rogue or the enemy of the people.

    They have overstepped their franchise, even with some sort of legitimacy of congress and become operation organizations carrying out all sorts of nasty tasks right up to assassination.

    We were sold on the notion that we need intelligence gathering to keep us informed on the enemies activities and capabilities. This of course, assumes that we have these enemies which have capabilities to attack and significantly hurt America.

    The USSR was thought to be an adversary similar to the Nazis with expansionist and hegemonic goals. For some reason the USA decided that their place at the top of dog on the planet needed to remain that way as it gave our corporations access to the world’s wealth, markets, resources materials and labor. We then declared the USSR the competitor for influence or control of the emerging nations and began the cold war. Our alley from WWII was not cast as our enemy and treated as such. The CIA was born and the paranoia ramped up. Remember Sen Joe McCarthy and the House on UnAmerican Activitites Committee in congress. The CIA, FBI and the entire spook nonsense sprung up. Spying and spooking around became accepted and as American as apple pie.

    Americans were manipulated to fear the USSR, to hate the USSR and communism and to believe that they were out to get us. There was no evidence of that whatsoever. But that didn’t matter. Every American was brainwashed to believe this. The MIC found reason to grow into the bureaucratic monster it is today and began all sorts of proxy wars around the world with the USSR and the “communists”. Viet Nam, Iran, Africa, Cuba, Afghanistan and so forth were where these battles were fought. Our CIA stood up anti communist governments by any and all means, regardless of whether they espoused demicratic principles. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. We got in bed with horrible reginmes, we kept them in power, we pumped weapons to prop them up and oppress their own people. Think Marcos, Noriega, Shah of Iran, Mubarak… the list is endless.

    All of this made possible with the CIA, and the military intel operations. In fact, ideology almost did not matter, it was a bureaucratic momentum that was built on the false red scare which provided cover for corporations to steal around the world with impunity, for banks to rob the nations of their wealth.

    The USSR collapsed from its inability to keep up with the insane battles with the USA – arms race, and proxy wars started by the CIA meddling.

    We Won!

    The Berlin wall came down and the two Germanies kissed and made up and went on to economic prosperity. The USA with it’s fake NATO alliance kept the war menace theme alive and tuened its sights on the rising social and economic justice struggles in Europe. They created Gladio to suppress the left and social movements which wanted to break the inequities created by capitalism.

    The generals and the soldiers were not about to go home with no enemy to defend us against. The MIC was consuming up to half the US’s budget. This was too good to stop.

    We need a new enemy!

    We’ll just take our trained anti communist guerrillas who helped us kick the Soviet supported Afghan government out and turn them into a loose cannon who turned on their masters. Al Qaeda it would be called. They wanted us out of Afghanistan, of the Arab peninsula. They wanted Arabia for the Arabs and not run by some oppressive royals. They were the same brand of revolutionaries as the left leaning social movements around the world. And they were not friendly to international coroporations meddling in their countries.

    Finally a new enemy to fight!

    But it was a bunch of rag tag fighters who we gave some stinger missiles to, a bit of insurgency training…. how could this be a match for the largest defense establishment in the world? It couldn’t of course and Americans wanted their peace dividend. They wanted to focus on quality of life improvements at home – housing, schools, education, health care. Sorry can’t afford that we are still fighting to protect our way of life and our national security interests around the world – oil, resources, markets.

    Just to make sure people “got it” they staged 9/11. That hit home and made this enemy look like they were capable of harming us. Three thousand people died… billions of property destroyed in our premiere city… and they even hit at the Pentagon… the heart of our defense establisment.

    This enemy was WORSE than the USSR. They were hiding inside the USA and everyone was a possible suspect. The gloves came off, our rights went out the window. The MIC grew by leaps and bounds. It even outsourced to new contract corporations which would fight in this war: Halliburton, KBR, Blackwater, CACI, Titan, and the list goes on and on and on.

    So what is really happening? Who IS really benefiting from all this? Cui Bono? Who IS behind this 60 year agenda? How did they manage to wrest control of our nation and its agenda?

    They used greed to do it, bribery, fear, media created mind control – manufacturing consent. We have become a nation of sheep, uneducated and ignorant about the world and completely consumed in either day to day survival or self indulgence of consumerist pleasure. We are sheeple. We now do exactly as they want. We don’t even know what we can do. They steal elections, pensions, jobs, homes and the nutrition from our food.

    Who does this? Corporations who run every aspect of our lives for profit of the few stakeholders and executives at the top. The even sold you the American dream that you too can get up to the top and enjoy all the perks of wealth and power, if you work hard or want it hard enough.

    RP does make a good point when he says “there must be an agenda” for that patsy Nigerian kid to be ushered into Detroit, and really suprised/impressed me when he related it to all the pre 9/11 warnings that were “unheeded”(he mentions the hijackers not learning how to land, FBI’s non concern).

    In the linked Greg Miller piece it is clear he buys into the bogus rational for the phony “war on terror”. The CIA did not waterboard KSM 183 in order to prevent anything but to get false confessions and make it look like maybe this Al-CIA-duh might just be real.(yeah right).

    Sibel, your daughter is adorable(big suprise). One person’s cheesy fiction is another’s mind relaxer, stress detoxifier. I personally do not read any fiction since Milan Kundera’s last but do many other things others would consider a complete waste of time. Like put on “Exile On Main Street” REAL loud and bang away at my drums like a madman for an hour. Stones rock! Life is not all struggle strife and heroism. Without music, poetry, nature walks, love and laughter….none of what you do would be worth it. Peace

  9. I am wonder what it will take for the government and the media to stop playing shill for the oligarchs? It’s abundantly clear that there is plenty of evidence of lots of wrong doing, corruption, criminal activity by government and corporate leaders and nothing is done about it.

    Witness the recent dismissal of the Blackwater murderers of Nisoor Square… How can there be justice or accountability in this society? with this government? with this justice system?

    What would make any of this change?

  10. You can extend this out from the CIA to include other agencies such as MI6.

    In many aspects, they’ve also outsourced different things like interrogation and torture. The govt. can “officially” say we don’t condone torture, it’s against U.K. law, etc. But it’s been proven many times that what they’ll do is this. Officially we don’t do it. But we have no problems at all taking intelligence from others who do torture.

    Now that more former detainees are speaking out, what’s happening? The denials continue. But now there’s hopefully more pressure to actually hold someone accountable. The govt. will fight it as long as possible with “national security” and other labels. But another part of it is the U.K. trying not to be a pushover to Obama. Either you do what we say. Or we cut you off from all new intelligence. Labour is dealing with a new election. The last thing Brown needs is to somehow be perceived as “weak on terrorism.”

    Enter David Cameron. If he won, so far he’s shown no signs that he’d be any different. He’ll always have the “he’s too posh” label to deal with. But other than that, he’s never said he’d withdraw from Afghanistan or make any cuts in the military industrial complex.

    In their view, why should they? North Sea oil supplies are going down. Other than the banking industry supplying a large part of govt. revenue, what other sources are there? Higher cigarette, booze taxes and VAT will only go so far. Arms is one of the biggest income sources for the govt.

    Neither Brown or Cameron will prosecute Blair or those responsible for the global depression. Will Clegg do anything? At this point, I’m not sure.

    So a lot of people can still say Brown does what Obama says. And despite the tough talk from Brown to the contrary, he doesn’t have the political guts to really break away from the States on several key issues.

    The picture emerging for me is that every so-called Islamic terror group is infiltrated by intelligence agencies, and every terrorist incident furthers the agenda of those agencies, which is to increase the power and reach of a national security state, both domestically and internationally. But I don’t think the cover story can be maintained much longer. The Christmas incident is even beginning to make the likes of Huffington, Olbermann and the Daily Kos, as well as Obama himself, wake up to the possibility that there might be minions of Cheney in the intelligence services that are not loyal to the commander in chief, who want Obama to look bad, weak and ineffectual in the “War on Terror” – even though Obama has gone overboard to look like Bush on steroids and outraged his own base in doing so. Maybe Obama is beginning to think that these people are going to screw him no matter what he does. In that case he will have no choice but to fight back, and if we observe the slightest fissure opening up between Obama and the national security state, we must support Obama politically with all our might.

The ACLU claims that the courts conflated the State Secrets Privilege and the Totten rule.[36] On November 28, 2005, the Supreme Court declined to review the decisions.

    This country is like a con-game; the “institutions” of democracy are there but they are there to actually protect and implement the genocide and corruption. Pretty frigging sick.

    Then again, with “wise decisions”, extremely articulate too, such as these:

    The CIA always was the wealthy and powerful’s tool and not an “intelligence” agency:

    Although many people think that the CIA’s primary mission during the Cold War was to “deter communism,” Noam Chomksy correctly points out that its real mission was “deterring democracy.” From corrupting elections to overthrowing democratic governments, from assassinating elected leaders to installing murderous dictators, the CIA has virtually always replaced democracy with dictatorship. It didn’t help that the CIA was run by businessmen, whose hostility towards democracy is legendary. The reason they overthrew so many democracies is because the people usually voted for policies that multi-national corporations didn’t like: land reform, strong labor unions, nationalization of their industries, and greater regulation protecting workers, consumers and the environment.
    So the CIA’s greatest “successes” were usually more pro-corporate than anti-communist. Citing a communist threat, the CIA helped overthrow the democratically elected Mohammed Mussadegh government in Iran in 1953. But there was no communist threat — the Soviets stood back and watched the coup from afar. What really happened was that Mussadegh threatened to nationalize British and American oil companies in Iran. Consequently, the CIA and MI6 toppled Mussadegh and replaced him with a puppet government, headed by the Shah of Iran and his murderous secret police, SAVAK. The reason why the Ayatollah Khomeini and his revolutionaries took 52 Americans hostage in Tehran in 1979 was because the CIA had helped SAVAK torture and murder their people.
    Another “success” was the CIA’s overthrow of the democratically elected government of Jacabo Arbenz in Guatemala in 1954. Again, there was no communist threat. The real threat was to Guatemala’s United Fruit Company, a Rockefeller-owned firm whose stockholders included CIA Director Allen Dulles. Arbenz threatened to nationalize the company, albeit with generous compensation. In response, the CIA initiated a coup that overthrew Arbenz and installed the murderous dictator Castillo Armas. For four decades, CIA-backed dicatators would torture and murder hundreds of thousands of leftists, union members and others who would fight for a more equitable distribution of the country’s resources.
    Another “success” story was Chile. In 1973, the country’s democratically elected leader, Salvadore Allende, nationalized foreign-owned interests, like Chile’s lucrative copper mines and telephone system. International Telephone & Telegraph (ITT) offered the CIA $1 million to overthrow Allende — which the CIA allegedly refused — but paid $350,000 to his political opponents. The CIA responded with a coup that murdered Allende and replaced him with a brutal tyrant, General Augusto Pinochet. Pinochet tortured and murdered thousands of leftists, union members and political opponents as economists trained at the University of Chicago under Milton Friedman installed a “free market” economy. Since then, income inequality has soared higher in Chile than anywhere else in Latin America.
    Even when the communist threat was real, the CIA first and foremost took care of the elite. In
    testimony before Congress in the early 50s, it artificially inflated Soviet military capabilities. A notorious example was the “bomber gap” that later turned out to be grossly exaggerated. Another was “Team B,” a group of hawkish CIA analysts who seriously distorted Soviet military data. These scare tactics worked. Congress awarded giant defense contracts to the U.S. military-industrial complex.

    This is nothing but racketeering except it’s being done by the powers described by Woodrow Wilson in this statement:

    “Some of the biggest men in the United States… are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it” 1914

    So.. JP Morgan’s will reveals he only owned 17% of his vast empire. And then there’s this:

    The Rothschild family is one of the wealthiest families the world has ever known. By the early 1800s they established themselves as the most important bankers in all Europe. By the mid 19th century they’re said to control half the wealth of the world. As Rothschild biographer Derek Wilson explains, Rothschild critics have justification for their anxiety. The House of Rothschild is immensely more powerful than any financial empire that has preceded it and its able to control governments behind the scenes.

    These are clues as to this vast web that Obama kowtows like mad to and that chart people’s destinies as if they were gods and not just corrupt, ethnic cleansing, genocidal criminals.

    I just found this and while it certainly pulls no punches it very accurately, in my view, sums up what these people are doing not just to this country but around the world:

    1. Use violence and terrorism rather than academic discussions.
    2. Preach “Liberalism” to usurp political power.
    3. Initiate class warfare.
    4. Politicians must be cunning and deceptive – any moral code leaves a politician vulnerable.
    5. Dismantle “existing forces of order and regulation.” Reconstruct all existing institutions.”
    6. Remain invisible until the very moment when it has gained such strength that no cunning or force can undermine it.
    7. Use Mob Psychology to control the masses. “Without absolute despotism one cannot rule efficiently.”
    8. Advocate the use of alcoholic liquors, drugs, moral corruption and all forms of vice, used systematically by “agenteurs” to corrupt the youth.
    9. Seize properties by any means to secure submission and sovereignty.
    10. Foment wars and control the peace conferences so that neither of the combatants gains territory placing them further in debt and therefore into our power.
    11. Choose candidates for public office who will be “servile and obedient to our commands, so they may be readily used as pawns in our game.”
    12. Use the Press for propaganda to control all outlets of public information, while remaining in the shadows, clear of blame.
    13. Make the masses believe they had been the prey of criminals. Then restore order to appear as the saviors.
    14. Create financial panics. Use hunger to control to subjugate the masses.
    15. Infiltrate Freemasonry to take advantage of the Grand Orient Lodges to cloak the true nature of their work in philanthropy. Spread their atheistic-materialistic ideology amongst the “Goyim” (gentiles).
    16. When the hour strikes for our sovereign lord of the entire World to be crowned, their influence will banish everything that might stand in his way.
    17. Use systematic deception, high-sounding phrases and popular slogans. “The opposite of what has been promised can always be done afterwards… That is of no consequence.”
    18. A Reign of Terror is the most economical way to bring about speedy subjection.
    19. Masquerade as political, financial and economic advisers to carry out our mandates with Diplomacy and without fear of exposing “the secret power behind national and international affairs.”
    20. Ultimate world government is the goal. It will be necessary to establish huge monopolies, so even the largest fortunes of the Goyim will depend on us to such an extent that they will go to the bottom together with the credit of their governments on the day after the great political smash.”
    21. Use economic warfare. Rob the “Goyim” of their landed properties and industries with a combination of high taxes and unfair competition.
    22. “Make the ‘Goyim’ destroy each other so there will only be the proletariat left in the world, with a few millionaires devoted to our cause, and sufficient police and soldiers to protect our interest.”
    23. Call it The New Order. Appoint a Dictator.
    24. Fool, bemuse and corrupt the younger members of society by teaching them theories and principles we know to be false.
    25 Twist national and international laws into a contradiction which first masks the law and afterwards hides it altogether. Substitute arbitration for law
