BFP Announcement & Site Updates: “Empire, Power & People with Andrew Gavin Marshall”

New Weekly Podcast Series, BFP Members Discussion Forum & More!

Our website has been expanding, our readership and membership has been growing, and my to-do list and objectives for this site has been getting longer instead of getting shorter. Such is life ... or ambition … or being driven by all the obstacles and negatives rather than throwing in the towel in disgust … or maybe all of the above.

EPPI want to welcome Andrew Gavin Marshall to our team of BFP partners. You are already familiar with Andrew. We have been publishing his hard-hitting, well-researched and effectively written articles and analyses. And we have received many comments from our readers asking for more of Andrew.  If you are new to our website check out his two most recent articles here and here. Well, starting this week Andrew will be producing an exclusive weekly podcast series for Boiling Frogs Post titled “Empire, Power, and People with Andrew Gavin Marshall.” This one of a kind show will present facts and macro causes you won’t see elsewhere; at least not this way-this effectively. If you’ve read Andrew’s work, then you know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t, then you are in for a treat: tons of fuel to get that critical thinking process going. By the way, here is a brief background on Andrew:

Andrew Gavin Marshall is an independent researcher and writer based in Montreal, Canada, writing on a number of social, political, economic, and historical issues. He is also Project Manager of The People’s Book Project. Visit Mr. Marshall’s website here

We are going to make the first two episodes of Andrew’s new podcast show available to all, and after that the podcast show will be available to our subscribing members until they are archived.

ForumWe have been working on a members’ discussion forum for BFP. We just started our beta test, and hope to finalize all loose ends and launch the live forum by next week. I am really excited about this new feature for our website. I bet those of you who know me and this website have a good idea of the kind of forum topics-categories we’ll be having: Police State-Civil Liberties, Perpetual Wars, Hypocrisy-Ridden & Imperial Foreign Policies, Central Asia-Caucasus  & the New Silk Road Project …And of course up-to-date daily news and developments. Our discussion forum will be accessible to our members. We are almost there; only a few days to launch-please stay tuned.

I really mean it when I say ‘my to-do list for this site keeps expanding.’ I want to start monthly newsletters for our members. Soon. I am planning to give our website a facelift (Design & functions) when we have enough resources in place. I am still dreaming of getting our own independent investigative journalists and foreign correspondents, and I’ve been working on it…

Next Monday we’ll begin our second BFP Quarterly Subscription Drive. A lot of items on our to-do list for this website will depend on you and your support. I believe we have done pretty well during our first quarter. We have presented you with exclusive weekly video reports with James Corbett, weekly commercial-free podcast interviews with Peter B. Collins, Nightly news and editorial round ups, weekly editorial cartoons, a few breaking-investigative reports, and we have featured original, daring and bold editorials. Just imagine how much more we can accomplish with more support and as we have more of you join this website for the irate minority.

And finally, I want to thank you for all your support, suggestions, positive critiques, and most importantly for your faith in us. Thank you!

Looking forward to it. Sadly, it’s painfully obvious that erstwhile go-to Web sites for non-propaganda news are rife with PSYOP. BFP has become one of the damn few sites I trust, one of very few things giving me hope right now.

Will there be a forum for psychological operations? I’ve been dying to discuss the weaponization of my fair scientific art, psychology, ever since I learned of its perversion, by APA and DOD, into the state-of-the-art weapon in the manufacture of consent. IMO, PSYOP are the means by which whole nations are jacked to wars or into economic crises; the kenotic precursors of the kinetic actions.

To put it another way, PSYOP are like the flashy-thing memory-eraser/-recorder from the movie Men In Black. Or, like a magic wand of an evil wizard. As any geek knows, you can’t go to those weapons too often or they just won’t work anymore. Add to that the many efforts, to bust nation-jacking myths even as they’re being floated, and we stand a good chance of turning the momentum in our favor.

Here’s another thing that gives me hope: if it’s still true: that the pen is mightier than the sword; how mighty is the keyboard? 😉

  2. This will be a great addition to the site. Your interview of him was fascinating.

  3. bravo more goodness, thanks for your work 🙂
