De-Manufacturing Consent with Guillermo Jimenez Presents Bill Conroy: Black Ops& Black Markets

Mexico's Drug War "Realignment" and the Unseen Hand of the CIA

On this edition of De-Manufacturing Consent: Guillermo is joined by investigative journalist for Narco News, Mr. Bill Conroy. Guillermo and Bill discuss the recent release of Rafael Caro Quintero, who in 1985 was convicted, along with former kingpins Miguel Felix Gallardo and Ernesto Fonseca, of the torture and murder of DEA agent Enrique "Kiki" Camarena. We discuss the drug lord's documented links to the CIA, the Agency's complicity in Camarena's murder, and how this relationship with the CIA may have continued with Quintero's successor, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. Also, the capture of Los Zeta's cartel leader Z40 and Gulf Cartel capo X20 - is it a coincidence that rival cartels are "decapitated" as Sinaloa's mentors are set free?

  1. Rose Mary says:

(After listening to half the podcast)

“The Veracruz ranch” was a hub for small plane traffic to/from US (drug, money, weapons). This was in the early 80-ties. The Veracruz ranch was also used for training “Guatemalan geriljas”. This was contrary to official US policy, consequently no money from Congress.

Bill Conroy portrays this as making money on drugs, with support of corrupt Mexican politicians (revealed in MSM many times earlier). Agent Camarena just happened to learn to much, and was tortured and killed, with CIA complicity.

Sorry. I can see a much more sinister story here. The Veracruz ranch was used by CIA for training Guatemalan special forces. Such operations was contrary to US policy, and it was done in secret. These elite forces – with help from Guatemalan army – killed 300.000 Mayaindians (= todays numbers). Genocide. It was all orchestrated by CIA.

The operation was funded by blach funds (from drugs we may presume). There was full media blackout of this genocide upon Mayaindians. Don’t tell me MSM is not racists.
