De-Manufacturing Consent- Continuity of Agenda: 20 Years of War in Iraq

Democrats & Republicans United in Continuity of Agenda!

On September 10, 2014, Barack Obama became the fourth consecutive US President to announce the bombing of the country of Iraq.

Whether it's a conservative former head of the CIA; a freewheeling, smoothing talking womanizer from Arkansas; a bumbling Bonesman with a fake Texas accent, who was actually raised in Connecticut; or the nation's first black President who inspired legions of gullible young Americans with the promise of hope and change ... Despite their varied personal backgrounds and their purported ideological differences, both Democrats and Republicans in power have demonstrated a remarkable continuity of agenda.

When it comes to the issues that really matter: foreign policy, the national security state, perpetual warfare, the curbing of civil liberties along with the expansion of the police and surveillance state; it has not mattered which figurehead fills the oval office in the last 20 years.

  1. Insane. For the life of me, I don’t understand Americans. They live like mushrooms, kept in the dark and prefer being fed bullsh**. At what point to they stop buying this rubbish?
My grandfather worked for the DoD from 1945 until his premature death in 1968. I was finally able to read his file not long ago, and have no doubt he was conflicted about his eventual promotions and classified work with guided missiles… my grandmom wanted the new way of life in America, not the old country. She died one week before September 11th. I think we were glad she was spared that event, and subsequent WARS… and boogie men that do things. 😉

  2. Guillermo, you are leading the way and kicking ass! Great podcast. I loved the background music too. Thank you!

  3. great podcast. background music is good, really thought provoking, thank you!

  4. What a great way to deal with absurdity and loved the Hicks tone, edge and reality juxtaposed with the ‘serious style of authority’ reveals the pathological presence of a psychotic presidential position of any who preach violence on behalf of people against people as an absurdity par excellence. You my friend did a master mash up that left the turn tables smoking – consciousness has arrived when the information can be delivered in an generally appealing way such as this creation exemplifies. You may master your craft yet Sir. ………….. he looks left, right and then straight ahead before staring into my eyes and I realized his sincerity. Not a word was spoken and for the first time in my life I experienced a stare that needed not to look away from. Is this humanity? Love ya work!

  5. A Tour de force, Guillermo. Wow, well done.

  6. Brilliant! Thank you.
