Processing Distortion with Peter B. Collins: False Flags Over Turkey

Peter B. Collins Presents Sibel Edmonds

Sibel Edmonds provides details of the recent "terrorist event" in Suruc--which she suspects was staged. Edmonds is the FBI whistleblower who is editor/publisher of BoilingFrogsPost.com and this episode of Processing Distortion is being posted with no subscription required.

Edmonds was in the vicinity of Suruc at the time of the incident, and got advance tips that such an event was imminent. Since April, the Turkish military has been preparing for war, and after Suruc, President Erdogan made a deal with Obama to get more involved in the war in Syria. She gives us some critical information on the domestic problems in Turkey: weakening economy, the influx of refugees from Syria, etc. She also confirms that Israel has a number of installations along the Iran border in Kurdish territory in northern Iraq. Near the end of our chat, Edmonds talks about former House Speaker Dennis Hastert, whose recent indictment has disappeared from the news media, despite the media's failure to report the full story of Hastert's corruption.

*Sibel Edmonds is editor and publisher of Boiling Frogs Post, founder and president of the National Security Whistleblowers Coalition (NSWBC), and author of the acclaimed book Classified Woman: The Sibel Edmonds Story, and The Lone Gladio, a Political Spy Thriller. Ms. Edmonds is a certified linguist, fluent in four languages, and has an MA in public policy from George Mason University and a BA in criminal justice and psychology from George Washington University. She is the recipient of the 2006 PEN/Newman’s Own First Amendment Award.

  1. Thank you both for bringing this type of clarity to these issues – enabling us to recognize the reality lurking beneath the rubble of garbage and doublespeak we are constantly fed. You certainly hit the ground running when you returned Sibel! Thanks again…

Welcome home Sibel. I’m watching the Eye Opener now and downloading this report.

Your tan looks lovely and I’m happy to see you home safe and sound. Don’t forget to get some well deserved rest. Jet lag responds best to a long period of uninterrupted sleep. (Much deserved and recommended).

More when I finish listening to these latest reports. ”

    peace and God bless

Hurrah on more Denny Boy! I’m going to re-read Lone Gladio for references to him. Thanks for the confirmation on that.

Also be sure to go into the rise of “The Donald” in extreme depth! World shattering stuff there. *eye roll*

Hi, Sibel – Welcome back! Your insights into Turkish politics are especially valuable. I have been following Webster Tarpley’s extensive coverage of these events while you were gone, and he is also reporting this tension in U.S. policy between supporting the Kurds and allying with Erdogan. . He says, however, that this arrangement with Turkey made on July 24 protecting ISIS against the Kurds was negotiated, not by President Obama, who was in Kenya at the time, but by “ISIS Czar” general John Allen behind the back of Obama. We see this tension in this Fox News report where at the same time the U.S. were sending fighter jets to Incirlik to use against ISIS, Turkey gave the U.S. ten minutes to get to get the aircraft out of the area because they were about to bomb Kurdish positions in Northern Iraq. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/08/10/turkey-strikes-on-kurds-could-drag-us-into-new-front-military-sources-fear/. Tarpley says “Tensions are mounting inside the US-led anti ISIS coalition, fueled by the wily warmongers Recep Erdogan and ISIS czar General Allen. Insiders at the Pentagon (which contains a network of military officials that hate General Allen, as we reported in our original expose of his end-run on Obama in July) have leaked to Fox News that military officials at the Combined Air and Space Operations Center (CAOC) are enraged at recent Turkish airstrikes against the Kurds in northern Syria. The CAOC is the centralized headquarter of the allied coalition’s bombing effort against ISIS located in a secret location in the Middle East; recent strikes on Kurdish forces by Turkey were apparently launched without CAOC knowledge or authorization. A military source spoke to Fox News about the events inside the CAOC when the massive Turkish bombing effort went underway on July 24th: “A Turkish officer came into the CAOC, and announced that the strike would begin in 10 minutes and he needed all allied jets flying above Iraq to move south of Mosul immediately…We were outraged”. Next we have Putin immediately weighing heavily on the anti-Erdogan, anti-ISIS side, telling Erdogan’s ambassador to Russia that if Erdogan does not stop supporting ISIS he will break diplomatic relation with Turkey and make Syria Erdogan’s Stalingrad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmolmZiAlZg. Then we have the announcement by the U.S. and Germany that they are withdrawing Patriot missiles from the southern Turkish border, apparently in retaliation for the Turkish move against the Kurds in Northern Iraq.

a friend of mine works as a psychologist near Diyarbakir. the town she is in is surrounded by PKK; they cannot leave town because the roads are controlled by PKK (identity card checks), and if they find she works for the Turkish government she likely will be killed without hesitation. many soldiers and police in the area have been killed by PKK. no family can visit because the town is cut off.
Kurds in the area say that PKK is not a Kurdish party; if it were, the issues could have been resolved 40 years ago. they regard the PKK as the tool of imperialist nations–Israel, USA, or both? (is it possible that the derin devlet is connected with PKK?)
my friend says that 32 socialist youth were killed in the Suruc bombing; likely targets of the derin devlet
if the Suruç! bombing was done by ISIS, why did the Turkish govt use it as an excuse to bomb PKK camps in Iraq? why don’t they bomb ISIS, if this was really done by them?
the east of Turkey has been going through this hell for 40 years now; people there live with the sense that tomorrow they may be dead.

    • CuChu,

      Excellent questions/points.

“…they regard the PKK as the tool of imperialist nations–Israel, USA, or both? (is it possible that the derin devlet is connected with PKK?)”- My gut feeling says ‘yes,’ considering who’s interest they serve with these actions. This is why I have been emphasizing: Economic downturn paired up with increased terror (PKK, by design) could possibly be used as ‘pretext’ for yet another military coup. I covered Turkish 1980 Military coup in one of my earlier podcast episodes. Before the coup they put in place the ‘Pretext’: Chaos, terrorism (synthetically created), economic pressure, followed by ‘Bam’: CIA-NATO-Turkish Military Coup, welcomed by the people thanks to the ‘pretext.’

after the Suruc bombing PKK started uncontrolled gun fires against poliçe and jandarma everywhere in turkey…
