Using Electronic Signals to Create Super Soldiers, Control Behavior, and Talk to Dolphins

In this week’s edition of Mind Hack, Jeff DeRiso looks into cognitive enhancement technology and its application for military special forces.  He also investigates the controversial subject of electromagnetic microwave weapons, which can covertly effect the human nervous system, leaving no trace.  We also discuss the story of a device that translates human speech into ultrasound, allowing communication with dolphins.  Finally, how are digital content creators setting the tone for the mental health of future generations?

  1. Good intro to a vast amount of research. You just scratch the surface of the mind control topic. Perhaps a look into Dr. Nick Begich’s work on HAARP and more on the applications of this technology (EMFs) being used today.

    • Jeff DeRiso says:

Thank you for the recommendation. I am planning to research possible mind control aspects of HAARP, and you are the second person to mention it to me after watching this.

My investigation of these topics is slow and cautious because I don’t want viewers to feel overwhelmed or that I jumped to a conclusion without giving them the foundation of knowledge to understand.

    Hello Jeff,

Great report, i have really enjoyed it, thank you…

Mind control. The topic seems so unbelievable and far fetched and “conspiracy theory” territory….

Yet, it has been out there for a long time, even centuries.. So, i don’t understand why people find it unbelievable.

I mean.. Drinking alcohol is definitely “mind altering” and can turn nice people to assholes and assholes into nice people. Now, if “governments” can control/change “you” more precisely, you think they will not do it?

  3. Ralph Davis says:

One of the more interesting examples of potential ELF behavioral manipulation, by virtue of the subject’s own expressed suspicion of that particular tech being used on him, is the Washington Naval Yard shooting.

Rather than simply the sense of intruding voices over a preceding three month period was other symptoms including bodily vibration affecting physiology beyond mental effects. Unique in that he recognized those effects as relating to ELF weaponized tech and reacted by targeting those that he thought somehow responsible for his targeting.

Certainly delusion remains only too possible, but a curious anomaly nevertheless. I’ll try posting a link with discussion here:

Is it possible to get enough data to build one or a detector? If you could build one it should be easy to devise a detector. Keep in mind that I have been unable to watch this and the last episode due to 2g connection when you read this comment.

Can’t be illegal to build something that does not exist.
