Vaccine Injured Nurse Seeks Legal Action After Being Fired for Refusing Mandated Shot

In this Newsbud exclusive interview Spiro’s guest is Michelle Krinsky, who is a registered nurse with 36 years experience. They discuss how Krinsky was fired for refusing to take a mandated flu shot after she had experienced an adverse event the previous year after receiving the vaccine. They also cover the potential motives behind this mandate and Ohio House Bill 193, which aims to protect employees from being forced to take the flu shot to maintain employment.

  1. Dennis ONeill says:

PhRMA, the powerful drug manufacturers’ lobbying group, and the drug manufacturers it represents are very suspect. I worked for the world’s second largest drug company, and we legally bribed physicians to prescribe our drugs for their patients by paying physicians large speaking fees, giving them, and their staffs very expensive free lunches, and by giving them many other gifts. The clinical trials drug companies use to get their products approved by the FDA, which they almost completely control, are often not well designed, and many post-approval adverse incidents, seen when drugs are in wide use in hundreds of thousands of patients, are not ever reported by physicians to the drug companies, or to the FDA so patients remain unaware of potentially very serious side effects of the medications they may take. Furthermore, drug companies never conduct trials that look at the long-term effects of taking their products for many, many years. Independent research has demonstrated that many drugs have very serious long-term effects not seen in the very short, small patient population clinical trials that drug companies submit to the FDA, which they control. Regarding vaccines, the drug industry was so concerned about the many dangerous side effects of vaccines that it got Congress to pass, and the President to sign, legislation the exempts the vaccine manufacturers from any liability due to harm from any vaccine. Vaccines play an important role in disease prevention, but the industry also understands that many vaccines have very, very dangerous side effects so it did not want to assume the liability for those effects, and got the government to pay for it by setting up a very bureaucratic process that helps minimize pay outs to victims of dangerous vaccine side effects, many of which have been known about for decades.

  2. Dennis ONeill says:

People need to understand that the U.S. health care system is one with which you want to minimize your encounters for many reasons, among the most important are 5: Firstly, it is a corporate controlled system that is almost exclusively focused first, and foremost on profits from the non-profit hospitals, to the corporate-owned physician groups, to the suppliers of drugs, devices, medical disposables; patient care, and outcomes are secondary to profits. Secondly, physicians are not educated in nutrition, and preventative medicine because there is no profit in minimizing encounters patients have with the world’s most expensive health care system, which has among the world’s worst outcomes by keeping patients healthy. Thirdly, the treatment modalities that the system encourages are the most expensive modalities even if there is better evidence for less expensive modalities; this is particularly true in the hospital setting where capital costs of very expensive equipment such as CAT scanners, MRI’s, and other equipments costs must be recovered, but it also true in the physician’s office where often the more expensive brand name drugs are prescribed when much less expensive generics are more effective. This is due to the tremendous influence the drug companies have because of all the speakers’ fees they pay physicians, and the other expensive give-aways the drug industry uses to influence doctors. Fourthly, continuity of care is often very fragmented due to medical-legal issues of physicians relying upon specialists to handle what are often fairly routine issues; this referral system is driven by profit considerations, and insurance considerations, which are often opposed to each other. Fifthly, the medical insurance routinely hassles physicians, and patients in its attempts to maximize profits often with minimal-to-no concern for patient outcomes; this is a main driver of the large percentage of personal bankruptcies being due to medical issues, and one of the largest differentials between the exorbitant per patient cost of the U.S. health care system and the health outcomes of the U.S. system, which are among the worst outcomes in the world.

    Dennis,
Thank you for posting this, it is important information. Information which I would like to spread further, with your permission of course.

  4. Kurt Wells says:

Wasn’t forced medical procedures decided at Nuremberg? SCOTUS in Bruesewitz vs. Wyeth LLC ruled in 2011 that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. Forced vaccination is complete over reach by big Pharma and must be stopped. Excellent post Dennis.
