JFK: Victim of the National Security State

Following the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, President Kennedy announced he would ban the testing of nuclear weapons. He called for an end to the Cold War and the removal of troops from South Vietnam. Kennedy also put an end to the Pentagon's plan to invade Cuba and refused to provide air support for the Bay of Pigs invasion. It was the last straw when he forced the resignation of Allen Dulles, the director of the CIA. The National Security State said Kennedy had to go. They said he was a threat to national security. Ignored by the corporate media and establishment historians is the distinct possibility a coup d’état was launched on November 22, 1963. The establishment continues to insist Kennedy was killed by the lone gunman Lee Harvey Oswald despite ample evidence to the contrary.

Probable Cause with Sibel Edmonds- The Normalization of Corruption in the So-Called Land of the Free

If You See Something, Say Something, Then Get Off Your Bu.. and Do Something About It!

Welcome to our nineteenth episode of Probable Cause. In this episode we’ll be discussing the subject of corruption. As with our previous episode we will be looking at this topic, corruption, not as a separate disease attached to the rulers, aka our deep state and government, but as another dynamic that exists and operates within a symbiotic relationship. We are going to expand our viewing lenses to take in the entire picture rather than a singular focal point.

We’ll begin our discussion with some widely-known and concrete facts and data involving survey results on Americans’ perception of their government, elections, government corruption, normalization and acceptance of lobbying, and much more. From there we’ll delve into the issue of the public’s acceptance and discuss whether this is mainly a societal issue in a nation where moral compasses have long been thrown out, where thievery, abuse and corruption are all lightly frowned upon yet accepted practices. We will end the episode by posing a few macro questions such as ‘does the elected and sustained corrupt government mirror the state of our nation’s majority?’ As always, our next episode will be based on your reaction, critique, responses and questions posed in the comments section below.

De-Manufacturing Consent- “The Surveillance State Goes Well Beyond the NSA”

Guillermo Jimenez Presents Shahid Buttar

On this edition of De-Manufacturing Consent: Guillermo is joined by Shahid Buttar, a writer, poet, musician, and Executive Director of the Bill of Rights Defense Committee. Guillermo and Shahid discuss how the complexity and totality of the surveillance state in the United States extends far beyond the NSA and current scandalous headlines. We explore how the FBI, CIA, Customs and Border Protection, local state agencies and municipal police departments have been spying domestically and laying the groundwork for the "panopticon" for decades. Also on the program, we discuss various ways to build coalitions and engage the public as activists, through community outreach, media, music, art, and other creative means of communication.

Profiting from Food Stamps, Student Loans, Unemployment: Wall Street, US Congress, Obama Cash-in

Rockefeller-Obama Nest Eggs Turn Gold!

“Despite being the richest country in the world, poverty remains an important social issue in the United States. All too often poverty in America is used as a political weapon by both political parties to galvanize their voting base. What is lost in the midst of such politicking is the crony connection of corporations that have positioned themselves to profit from poverty. The welfare programs we use to attempt to alleviate poverty actually play directly into the plans of companies that lobby on behalf of legislation lauded as anti-poverty programs. Rather than overcoming poverty, these programs line the pockets of their promoters. Such crony connections must end.” Government Accountability Institute

According to the US Census Bureau’s Median Value of Debt by Household (2011), the median household debt (both secured and unsecured) for 35-44 year olds was $108,000 (USD); for those 45-54, $86,500; and for 55-64 age group it was $70,000. The data in the Census Bureau report also shows that the less formally educated one is the less debt one has.

The median debt for someone with no high school diploma is $20,000 (with a high school diploma is $42,000), while the median debt for a holder of a graduate or professional degree is $130,705. So while America’s educational leaders say that a college degree will likely lead to increased income over the years, they don’t mention that secured and unsecured debt increases the “smarter” one becomes. The Unspoken Truth: Coup d’etat in America

“The executive branch coup against America has succeeded. The question is: will it stand?”

The American people have suffered a coup d’etat, but they are hesitant to acknowledge it. The regime ruling in Washington today lacks constitutional and legal legitimacy. Americans are ruled by usurpers who claim that the executive branch is above the law and that the US Constitution is a mere “scrap of paper.”

An unconstitutional government is an illegitimate government. The oath of allegiance requires defense of the Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” As the Founding Fathers made clear, the main enemy of the Constitution is the government itself. Power does not like to be bound and tied down and constantly works to free itself from constraints. [Read more...]

President Obama Channels Lord Cromwell: Great Statesmen Tamper with Packets

“Fomenting social tyranny in order to get “thinkers” to comply with the narrative of the moment becomes a simple task”

Glenn Greenwald’s Snowden dossier concerning the American Leviathan’s practice of harvesting, storing and analyzing the information/conversations of its own and the world’s political, military, economic and cultural gate keepers is fascinating. This is so not due to the technological sophistication and global reach of the USA’s intelligence capabilities, but for what it implies about the current state and future of the collective nation-states known as Western Democracies. And it undercuts nearly every ideal in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights, leaving the dry, functional and core text of the US Constitution as the last mooring line to—paraphrasing Russell Crowe in the movie the Gladiator—“The dream that was once the United States.”  It also challenges the foundations of the “free” market and “free will”: but more on that in a moment. A few Minutes of Reflection this 4th of July

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic”- Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the USA

During this celebratory holiday please take a few minutes to read our Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and US Citizenship-Office Oath. Please do it.

You will not find the word ‘Flag.’

You will not see the word ‘Borders.’

You will not see the words ‘National Security.’

What you will see is the word ‘Constitution.’

What you will find is the obligation to defend, not the ‘flag,’  ‘borders’ or ‘government’, but the United States Constitution, and defend it against foreign and domestic enemies. [Read more...]

Has Washington’s Arrogance Undone Its Empire?

“Overwhelmed by its hubris, Washington threatens all life on earth.”

No one likes a bully, and Washington’s NATO puppets have been bullied for six decades. British prime ministers, German chancellors, and French presidents have to salute and say “yes sir.”

They all hate it, but they love Washington’s money; so they prostitute themselves and their countries for Washington’s money. Even a person of Winston Churchill’s stature had to suck up to Washington in order to get his bills and his country’s bills paid. [Read more...]

America’s Continuity of Government Plan: The Cronyism of the Revolving Door

Eliminate the Revolving Door & Stop “Deifying” Military

All the media bluster and folly surrounding whistleblower Edward Snowden is detracting from critical thinking that Americans must engage in and act upon. At this moment, benefits from the Snowden data dump  appear to be accruing to the US government and its assorted defense related corporate interests. If the American national security apparatus is to be checked and balanced, structural changes must take place. Substance must be ascendant, form can come later.

The US Constitution and the Bill of Rights have been bypassed by the Cronyism of the Revolving Door. It is an inept practice hardly useful for designing comprehensive national security strategies, policies, operations or tactics (SOCOM stands out though) that protect the American people. Washington Is Driving the World to the Final War

“Whether the desire for liberty exists in America remains to be seen.”

“V For Vendetta,” a film that portrays evil in a futuristic England as a proxy for the evil that exists today in America, ends with the defeat of evil. But this is a movie in which the hero has super powers. If you have not seen this film, you should watch it. It might wake you up and give you courage. The excerpts below show that, at least among some filmmakers, the desire for liberty still exists.

Whether the desire for liberty exists in America remains to be seen. If Americans can overcome their gullibility, their lifelong brainwashing, their propensity to believe every lie that “their” government tells them, and if Americans can escape the Matrix in which they live, they can reestablish the morality, justice, peace, freedom, and liberty that “their” government has taken from them. A New Beginning Without Washington’s Sanctimonious Mask

Let’s Call the NSA What it Really is–the National Stasi Agency!

It is hard to understand the fuss that Washington and its media whores are making over Edward Snowden. We have known for a long time that the National Security Agency (NSA) has been spying for years without warrants on the communications of Americans and people throughout the world. Photographs of the massive NSA building in Utah built for the purpose of storing the intercepted communications of the world have been published many times.

It is not clear to an ordinary person what Snowden has revealed that William Binney and other whistleblowers have not already revealed. Perhaps the difference is that Snowden has provided documents that prove it, thereby negating Washington’s ability to deny the facts with its usual lies. [Read more...]

Stasi in the White House

Obama’s Berlin Speech: The Most Hypocritical of All Time

On June 19, 2013, US President Obama, hoping to raise himself above the developing National Security Agency (NSA) spy scandals, sought to associate himself with two iconic speeches made at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.

Fifty years ago, President John F. Kennedy pledged: “Ich bin ein Berliner”. In 1987, President Ronald Reagan challenged: “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.”

Obama’s speech was delivered to a relatively small, specially selected audience of invitees.  Even so, Obama spoke from behind bullet proof glass. [Read more...]

Washington Is Insane

“As far as Washington is concerned, the people are nothing but chaff in the wind.”

In the 21st century the two hundred year-old propaganda that the American people control their government has been completely shattered. Both the Bush and Obama regimes have made it unmistakably clear that the American people don’t even influence, much less control, the government. As far as Washington is concerned, the people are nothing but chaff in the wind.

Polls demonstrate that 65% of the US population opposes US intervention in Syria. Despite this clear indication of the people’s will, the Obama regime is ramping up a propaganda case for more arming of Washington’s mercenaries sent to overthrow the secular Syrian government and for a “no-fly zone” over Syria, which, if Libya is the example, means US or NATO aircraft attacking the Syrian army on the ground, thus serving as the air force of Washington’s imported mercenaries, euphemistically called “the Syrian rebels.” [Read more...]

Why Disinformation Works

Today Only “Conspiracy Kooks” Produce Real Evidence

Have you ever wondered how the government’s misinformation gains traction?

What I have noticed is that whenever a stunning episode occurs, such as 9/11 or the Boston Marathon bombing, most everyone whether on the right or left goes along with the government’s explanation, because they can hook their agenda to the government’s account.

The leftwing likes the official stories of Muslims creating terrorist mayhem in America, because it proves their blowback theory and satisfies them that the dispossessed and oppressed can fight back against imperialism. [Read more...]
